Our new stock is growing! New stock will be available 1st September 2025.About this product
Crataegus monogyna Alba Plena, known as the Double Flowering Hawthorn, is very similar to Crataegus monogyna apart from its double white flowers.
It makes a lovely addition to any garden and, being native in origin is an excellent choice for supporting local wildlife.
First found back in the 1770s, Crataegus monogyna Alba Plena is often classified as Crataegus laevigata Alba Plena, but looking at the tree, don’t worry too much if you aren’t able to spot the difference because we can’t!
It thrives on most soils, including clay.
