Crab Apple Director Moerland
Malus Director MoerlandAbout this product
Malus Director Moerland, or Crab Apple Director Moerland, is a round-headed variety notable for its distinctive, large, bronze Maple-like leaves. It was bred as a disease-resistant form of Malus Profusion.
Slightly fragrant, wine-red flowers bloom profusely in spring, beautifully complementing the emerging red leaves. This creates a stunning display in the early growing season, with golden-yellow foliage in autumn.
Ideal for gardens and parks, this tree is tolerant of most soils and conditions.
Mature height: 5-7m
