Bruchem Sycamore

This wonderful Sycamore clone is one of our eco ‘A’ listers and can store up to 7.5 tonnes of carbon over its lifespan.

While Acer pseudoplatanus types can be much maligned, much of this criticism is due to their success. They thrive throughout the UK, demonstrating remarkable adaptability and even tolerating coastal conditions.

Bruchem is a big tree best suited for extensive gardens, parks, and countryside settings. Its oval shape provides an attractive silhouette and creates a striking presence in any landscape. Like Acer pseudoplatanus Negenia, Bruchem makes an excellent avenue tree where uniformity is preferred.

Like its parent, Acer pseudoplatanus, Bruchem is highly versatile in terms of soil. It thrives in well-drained conditions and can tolerate most soil types.
