Ulmus ClusiusOut of stock
Our new stock is growing! New stock will be available 1st September 2025.About this product
Ulmus Clusius, known as Clusius Elm, is a Dutch clonal selection raised in Wageningen in the 1980s for its resistance against Dutch elm disease.
Vigorous and fast-growing, it forms a broadly oval crown at maturity and thrives on almost any soil type and location.
Even though it has a good track record against Dutch elm disease, we wouldn’t use it in bulk in case a disaster comes!
Best planted in open parkland and municipal areas, its green leaves turn a vivid yellow in the autumn.
Mature height: 20m+
