About this product

Prunus padus Watereri, known as Watereri Bird Cherry, is a vigorous tree best suited to larger gardens and estates.

Numerous and beautiful racemes of white flowers are produced in the spring and its lush green leaves turn yellow in autumn before falling.

Thriving best on free-draining soils, Prunus padus Watereri forms a rounded crown at maturity and was first introduced into the UK in the early 1900s, but it still remains a great garden favourite today.

Mature height: 7-12m
