Prunus aviumOut of stock
Our new stock is growing! New stock will be available 1st September 2025.About this product
Prunus avium, known as Wild Cherry, is one of our prettiest native trees.
Single white flowers are produced in the spring and its green leaves turn gold through to red in the autumn before leaf fall.
All flowering cherries prefer free draining soils and this cherry is the parent of many cultivated varieties.
Prunus avium can grow to quite a size so may be unsuited for those without large gardens.
Being native, it is a great tree to support our range of wildlife.
