Returns & Refunds
All requests for returns or exchanges should be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tree or product rejection or failure.
Obviously we strive to do our utmost to ensure that all of our clients are happy with the products and trees that they receive from us, however it is inevitable with a live product that there will be some ocassions where the trees do not live up to customer expectations upon arrival. In this instance i.e. you are unhappy with the quality of the tree(s) or products that you have received from Barcham, we will try and resolve the issue with you by supplying replacement tree(s) or products to you. Please advise us of this within 3 days of receipt of the tree in writing, via email to email@example.com.
If we are unable to supply satisfactory replacements to you, then we will endaevour to make a refund to the payment card that was used for the transaction. Whilst every effort is made to perform such refunds in a timely manner, please be aware that it can take up to 3 working days for monies to be returned to you.
If you have received a tree which you deem unsatisfactory due to quality or form, then please do not accept delivery of the tree. If you are unhappy, the best action is to leave it on the lorry to be returned to Barcham Trees. We will then supply a replacement or alternative for you, or issue you with a refund. Due to our Biosecuirty Policy we are unable to accept trees back from customers if they have been left onsite. Please do not plant trees that you are unhappy with, we are unable to replace or refund specimens that have been planted.
Please note that if a tree is ordered in error, or over ordered and you wish for it to be returned/collection for a refund of the cost of the tree or product, in this instance the customer will be liable for a further delivery charge to cover the cost of the collection.
