Whilst every effort is made to keep our nursery stock healthy, our liability for plants supplied is limited to the replacement of those plants or a refund of the price paid. No Warranty expressed or implied is given as to the growth or suitability of those plants to their ultimate location. Refunds will only be given if we cannot provide a like for like replacement at the time of delivery.
All refunds made will be credited to the credit or debit card from which the original purchase was made. No cash refunds will be made at any time.
If you are not completely satisfied, Barcham Trees must be notified in writing (via email) within 3 days of receipt of the trees. Failure to do so will deem those goods as being accepted. If you are unhappy please do not plant the tree(s), as doing so will also deem the tree as being accepted.
Such is our confidence in the trees that we supply that we will guarantee all our trees for 12 months from the point of delivery, providing that the Barcham Trees planting guidance and watering recommendations are adhered to. If you are unhappy with your tree(s) during the 12 months following receipt, please notify Barcham Trees of the problem in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavor to replace or re-supply with a suitable alternative, to the value of the tree(s) purchased previously. It is imperative that if you have any concerns regarding your tree you contact us in writing within this 12 month time frame for us to be able to consider replacement. In some instances we may provide advice at this point to aid recovery, with a view to replace at a later date should the tree continue to deteriorate.
If you have not contacted us within 12 months of receipt of delivery I am afraid that the guarantee is no longer valid.
Please note that Barcham Trees are not able to provide refunds against, or cover costs incurred, due to any remediation works being required following tree(s) being planted.
No further responsibility is accepted for replacments, as so much depends on the planting, soil and weather conditions. Barcham Trees plc takes no responsibility for the cost of replanting failed trees.
Our guarantee on trees is subject to drought, flooding, vandalism and poor practice and does not extend to covering any costs incurred for replanting.
