Cancelling your order

Order cancellation

All order cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to Barcham Trees at least 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery date (if one has been determined). Following delivery, trees will not be refunded due to over-ordering.

Cooling off period

Following placing your order you have a 7 working day window in which to cancel your order without incurring any charges. As our trees are individually selected by trained arborists, all cancellations not received within 7 working days of placing the order will be subject to an administration fee of 33% of the order value.

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@barchamtrees.co.uk.

Order changes

You can make changes to your order, as necessary, up to 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery date (if one has been confirmed). Additional trees and sundries can be added onto an order until the point of loading, which is usually the day before delivery is due/agreed. For last minute order changes, please contact our team in the office.
