Autumn Cherry, Winter Flowering Cherry
Prunus subhirtella Autumnalis multi stemOut of stock
Our new stock is growing! New stock will be available 1st September 2025.About this product
Multi-Stemmed Prunus subhirtella Autumnalis is unlike most other cherries, flowering during the winter months rather than the spring. The semi-double white flowers appear intermittently from November through to March.
The subtle colouring brings welcome cheer on the darkest of days. The autumn foliage is orange-yellow and appears in autumn before the flowers begin to arrive.
This lovely tree can be planted in parks and gardens but can also tolerate planting in streets.
Be sure to select a planting location where the tree is prominent in winter.
We also offer a single-stem version of Prunus subhirtella Autumnalis, which is ideal for those seeking a more traditional appearance.
Mature height: 3-7m
