A columnar form of Elm.
This Dutch hybrid was raised at Wageningen and released for general cultivation in 1983.
It is derived from the same parents as Ulmus Lobel, namely Ulmus glabra Exoniensis and Ulmus wallichiana.
This large broadly oval tree is fast growing and well suited to avenue and coastal plantings.
It has a resistance to Dutch elm disease but is more susceptible than ‘Princeton’.
