A rather slow growing elm.
This rather slow growing Elm is probably protected against Dutch Elm disease as a result of its size rather than genetic makeup.
A sport of ‘Dampieri’, it won the First Class Certificate in 1893.
A tree of small to medium size and oval habit, it tolerates pollution and salt-laden, coastal winds.
Very good for parks, gardens and verges.
Its luminescent yellow foliage is particularly striking if planted in a semi shaded area or against a dark backdrop.
