A large leaved form of the White Mulberry.

I first saw this at maturity near to the coast in Brittany and its lush large foliage gives it an outstanding feeling of health and vigour.

This is a most beautiful, small, architectural tree, perfect for parks and gardens, with a rounded habit.

The white fruits, from which it takes its name, can turn pink or red – and they are both sweet and edible.

The leaves of the White Mulberry are the main food of the silkworm.
