Introduced from Holland in the 1960s, this outstanding yellow variety won the Award of Garden Merit in 2002.

Densely arranged branches carry flattened foliage sprays which are golden yellow and bronze on the growing tips.
It is columnar in habit so suitable for most gardens and parks.
It tolerates most soils although, like most Chamaecyparis, soils prone to water logging should be avoided.
