I've got one of these in my garden planted by the developer of my bungalow. I'm concerned that at the moment there are only very small buds on the stems and this has been how its been for the last three months. Its as though its dead, no growth whatsoever. Is there anything I can do to nurture the growth or is it simply the way it is with this tree?
I'd be very grateful for some advice
