New BSi Proposal for young trees and nurseries available for comment
Keith Sacre, Sales Director of Barcham Trees has been integral in drafting new document which has been released for approval by BSiThis proposed British Standard is to achieve recognition that planting trees into the landscape is a process.
“YOUNG TREES: FROM THE NURSERY THROUGH TO INDEPENDENCE IN THE LANDSCAPE: A CONTINUOUS PROCESS”
The proposed new standard, titled as above, would be aimed at tree nurseries, local authority tree officers, landscape contractors, landscape architects, arboricultural consultants, landscape designers and any other professionals involved in the process of transplanting young trees from the nursery into the landscape.
