Heysel remembrance planting

Instant impact Sorbus aria Lutescens planted in remembrance of the Heysel Stadium disaster in Brussels in 1985.

Barcham have recently supplied a semi-matureClose up of Sorbus aria Lutescens Sorbus aria Lutescens to Liverpool City Council that has been planted in memorial to those who lost their lives in the Heysel Stadium disaster in 1985 when a crush arose between Liverpool and Juventus fans during the European Cup Final.

This stunning impact tree has been planted in remembrance of this and also in celebration of the newly elected Labour Councillors following the General Election in May 2010.

This tree is planted in the same parkland area as the Barcham Pine that was used to celebrate the LCVS centenary.
