Barcham supply Future Gardens


Phase I of the Future Gardens at Butterfly World Project was opened in June 2009 by actress Emilia Fox and Professor Dr David Bellamy.

Semi mature Betula pendula in one of the gardens The Future Gardens Butterfly World Project is a 27 acre site comprising the UK's largest wildflower meadow designed by Ivan Hicks and 12 designer gardens chosen from over 100 desgins.  The site is interestingly overall in the shape of a butterfly.

Barcham Trees were involved in supplying the trees for the project, comprising mainly of some large statement Betula pendula.
