I have placed a trade order with Barcham, when will they be delivered?

At Barcham we operate a nationwide delivery service. The trees are transported on Lorries that range from 10 ton rigid Lorries to articulated, curtain sided Lorries. Although contracted out to hauliers, rather than being owned by Barcham, the companies that we use for our haulage offer flexible and reliable services to us and our customers.

We have a number of types of lorry available to us and these can be chosen to suit requirements, i.e. where access is restricted.

It is important to be aware that the lorries we use do not possess any unloading equipment and our lorry drivers are not contracted to handle stock.  You must therefore ensure that you have sufficient staff and machinery available to unload and/or move trees onsite on the day of delivery.

If the trees ordered are larger than 85L, it will be necessary to have some machinery available at the delivery site, i.e. in the form of a fork lift truck etc. We can provide a lorry that has a hiab crane attached, however this option is additional to our standard delivery service.
